Order Spedra at DoktorABC

Spedra is a rather recently developed erectile dysfunction treatment in form of a pill. As an active ingredient is used Avanafil. Like other similar treatments, this has an inhibiting effect on the PDE-5 enzyme and helps create and maintain an erection. Other than its elder competitors, Avanafil takes effect faster, giving Spedra an advantage when sexual activity is not preplanned. The duration of its effect is about four hours.

Detailed product information

What is Spedra?

Spedra is a recently developed medication for erectile-dysfunction. It responds 15 minutes after taking it, which is significantly faster than the response time of other ED treatments. Viagra and Levitra function after about half an hour for instance.

How and when do I need to take the Spedra (Avanafil) tablets?

You should take one Spedra tablet about 30 minutes prior to intercourse. Do not take more than one Spedra tablet a day. You can take it independently of your meals, but if you take, it while eating this may stretch the period before it starts to work. Additionally you should avoid drinking grapefruit juice 24 hours before taking the tablet, because it interacts with the medicine. As drinking alcohol while using Spedra increases the risk of side effects such as headaches, low blood pressure and dizziness please avoid doing so as well. Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol can have a negative impact on your ability to achieve an erection.

Which dosage of Spedra is appropriate for me?

Your doctor will prescribe the appropriate dosage depending on your current condition. However, the standard dose are 100mg. Please inform your doctor if you are taking other medication at the same time, this needs to be taken into account.

What is Erectile-dysfunction?

Erectile-dysfunction is a type of sexual dysfunction, causing the inability to gain or maintain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse. This condition is more common with men above the age of 40 and can be a consequence of type-2 diabetes or high blood pressure.

Nevertheless men of younger age groups can develop symptoms as well. However, the condition is often traced back to psychological issues, such as the pressure of satisfying the partner, especially in a new relationship.

Who can take Spedra?

It can be used by men of all age groups who suffer from erectile dysfunction. The cause of this condition alters depending on the age group though. With young men it can often be traced back to psychological issues, with older men it can come as a symptom of ageing.

How to use Spedra?

Take as prescribed and consult the leaflet provided for more information.
