The prescribing doctor will check your health questionnaire to make sure that the medication is safe for you to use before writing your prescription or recommending an alternative treatment. When you submit your request, please do so early enough to allow for next day delivery.
- Orders approved before 15:30 are delivered the next working day.
- Orders approved later than 15:30 will be delivered within two working days.
- There is no delivery on weekends and/or holidays. Orders approved on Friday before 15:30 are delivered on Monday. Orders received after 15:30 will be delivered on Tuesday.
- For bank holidays and public holidays, delivery times are the same as weekends.

To protect your privacy our partner pharmacy sends all orders in neutral packaging. There is no external labelling or printing to indicate the contents of the package. You can have your order shipped to your workplace, home, or any other address, without compromising your privacy or patient confidentiality.

- All deliveries are conditional upon DoktorABC having received payment in full, and your prescription having been approved by the doctor on our platform.
- Delivery option excludes bank holidays, public holidays and Sundays.
- If you are paying COD (cash on delivery) please have the exact payment ready, as couriers are unable to provide change.
